The remote world in which we have lived over the past few years has made collaboration software applications essential in keeping us connected and working together effectively. In this session the presenter will introduce Microsoft Teams, a communications platform that enables groups of people to conduct audio and video calls, chat via message boards, share files and calendars, and much more.
Participants will learn how to:
1. describe scenarios in which Microsoft Teams can be used.
2. install and implement Microsoft Teams.
3. navigate chat functionality and audio/video calls.
4. create and use a channel for group collaboration.
5. customize Microsoft Teams with apps, calendar, etc.
