We will explore some stress management techniques to alleviate stress, including mindfulness. Attendees should be able to walk away with a game plan for alleviating or mitigating stress inCr the day-to-day lives.

  2. Recognize the harmful effects stress has on our lives, both physically and psychologically.
  3. Explore several stress management strategies.

  5. Create a personal game plan to mitigate stress.
