Description
In this session we will walk through Mayo Clinic’s implementation of Epic and M*Modal products and the provider quality program that was introduced post go-live. We will touch on the historical documentation practices at Mayo Clinic, provider training with the transition to Epic, and the development and implementation of the provider quality program, including delivery of reviews. Benefits experienced since Epic go-live, challenges that have been overcome, and current state and future goals will also be explored.
