Description
The experience of coping with the challenges created by a global pandemic has left many of us feeling tired, disconnected, and even depressed. The 7 C’s of Resilience is a way to promote self-reflection and provide specific tools for improving personal resilience and fostering resilience in others. Originally created for youth, the 7 C’s of Resilience have been readily adapted for people of all ages.
Participants will:
1. be able to identify the characteristics and importance of each of the 7 C’s of Resilience.
2. be able to implement specific tools for building resilience.
3. learn how the 7 C’s of Resilience connect to work/life balance.
4. learn why the 7 C’s of Resilience are important in our post-pandemic recovery and beyond.
