About the Speaker

Cynthia Francis, RHDS, is a graduate of a two-year associate degree program, Applied Science: Medical Transcription, from Kirtland Community College. She has nine years of experience in a hospital lab with the pathology department. In addition to transcription, job responsibilities include administrative support duties.
