Bio: Dr. Owens has been in practice for 25 years and has been involved in the IT space for the past 15 years. He has served as a subject matter expert for EMR implementation, health informatics provider, physician builder, medical director of clinical informatics, Associate Chief Medical Information Officer, and Chief Medical Information Officer at University of Michigan Health-West. He currently serves on the Dragon Nuance Advisory Board and Epic’s Ambient Speech Advisory Board.
