  2. Attendee will learn the role of Total Contact Casting in off-loading Diabetic neuropathic ulcers.
  3. Attendee will learn 3 of the most common negative pressure wound therapies for closure of wounds.
  4. Attendee will learn the new functional imaging in the assessment of tissue perfusion in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions and wounds, fluorescein angiography

Bio: Vanessa has been an RN for 31 years in Oregon. She has worked for Tuality Community Hospital for 28 years in a skilled rehab setting, medical-surgical unit, and the last 8 years as a wound, ostomy, and foot and nail nurse in an outpatient clinic, inpatient, and a geri-psychiatric unit.  She is currently working on a graduate certificate with Boise State University for healthcare simulation education.
