Numerous companies are now using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen resumes and pick the candidates that seem likeliest to be a good match with the employer and the position. In other words, an algorithm could eliminate you from consideration before a human ever gets to see your resume.

In this session, you will learn how to “beat the machine” by using AI and other technology tools to your advantage, such as using AI to find and apply for job positions. Justin will demonstrate how to use Canva to design a resume that appeals to both human and AI evaluators and how to use ChatGPT to create cover letters. He will also give guidance on how best to prepare for a job interview.
