Session Description:

In followup to our Plexus column, “Insight into Integrity,” we learned how to create a program for auditing clinician-created documentation (March issue and associated webinar), and we learned how to create resources to help your team (June issue and associated webinar). In this session we will learn what we do with the information we find. Data is important, and we cannot make changes, trend providers and/or auditors, and have numbers for C-suite leadership without it. This session will help you understand the importance of data, how to identify the data you need, and show how basic tools can track and trend the data.
