She obtained her master’s in Health Administration from the University of South Carolina, and after working in regulatory affairs and physician credentialing, she moved into Revenue Cycle Management, obtaining her CPC in 2010. She is currently the subject matter expert for MediCodio, a software company developing AI/Machine learning software to help coders increase efficiency and accuracy in code selection.
