In addition, you will learn specific search techniques for quickly locating information in Google plus ways to research directly within MS Word without leaving the document. Newbies and veterans alike will learn efficient techniques for improving accuracy and productivity in healthcare documentation.

About the Speaker: Laura has been teaching productivity and search techniques for healthcare documentation for over 20 years with an emphasis on accuracy and productivity. She has been a speaker at many local, state, and national meetings, and has authored manuals, workbooks, and textbooks for healthcare documentation that teach practical methods for working efficiently and thinking critically.
