Join us as Delancey Prince, RDN, LD, explains the nuances between fermented foods and probiotics. In addition, she will discuss emerging evidence on yogurt’s role in reducing inflammation and explore how the unique matrix of fermented dairy foods may be associated with reduced risk of some chronic diseases. 

After this presentation, attendees should be able to:

•    Describe the benefits of the dairy food matrix.
