Bios: Julia Dyviniak, CHDS, AHDI-F, has been a medical transcription service owner for 31 years and a member of AHDI’s Board of Directors. Her business involves medical transcription, medical record summarization, and medical editing. Patt King, CHDS, AHDI-F, is the manager of HIM Document Integrity at Tucson Medical Center and a member of AHDI’s Board of Directors and current President-elect. Julia and Patt were the co-chairs of the Best Practices Task Force, which culminated in the publication of the Healthcare Documentation Integrity Auditing Best Practices Guide in December 2022. Both have also written many articles for Plexus and the learning library as well as presented several webinars in the past.
