She has 20 years of experience in healthcare documentation including transcription and editing of dictation, auditing of clinician-created documentation, training, resource development, and process improvement.
Session Description:
In follow up to our Plexus series, “Insight into Integrity,” this webinar will take an in-depth look at the skills needed to be a successful Document Integrity auditor, the training process, as well as the need for ongoing development. We will explore implementation of such a program including the selection process, assessment tools, training and mentoring methods. We will also interview a seasoned auditor who has been through this process.
