Our expert instructor, Katie Henry, will guide you through selecting a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits and accompaniments, along with tips for a beautiful and balanced presentation. The workshop can be as interactive as you like. You can simply sit back, watch and enjoy or gather the ingredients beforehand and build your own board along with us. Workshop kits consisting of the dry ingredients can be purchased from our online store. The kits include a plate, crackers, jam, honey, and nuts. We also send out a shopping list in advance for all ingredients needed.
