Presenter: Julia Dyviniak, CHDS, AHDI-F

Session Description: Anyone who does a lot of typing in their profession will benefit from learning how to use an expander. These can be used in various windows programs/apps and are easily learned and applied, aiding in quicker and more accurate completion of typewritten projects, whether it be a lengthy report or an email. (Note: Many expanders are available for MAC users, though may work differently; my experience is in Windows programs.)
Learning Objectives
1. Learn how to use autocorrect in MS Word.
2. Hear how to use an expander program in conjunction with autocorrect.
3. Hear a comparison of a few programs.
4. Navigate a template/assign a function key for a field for use in conjunction with your expander.
5. Learn how to create separate shortcut groups for different clients/physicians, etc.
