Jackie Schickling is the quality manager at Mayo Clinic for the Documentation Services Department. She has a degree in Sales and Management, has worked at Mayo Clinic for 17 years, and has held a variety of roles and leadership positions within HIMS. Jackie has worked extensively with implementing different documentation quality programs and worked to converge and standardize site and regional programs to an Enterprise model.
