Session Description: Love it or hate it, communicating virtually has become the norm. Join us for this lively presentation and discussion about the many options available to facilitate virtual communication. Whether you are communicating one-on-one, in small groups, or as part of a large team, some forms of communication are more effective than others. Best practices for each will be discussed, along with things to avoid in preventing miscommunications and misinterpretations, when communicating virtually.
