Susan Lucci is the Privacy Officer and Senior Privacy/Security Consultant for tw-Security. She is a past national president and Fellow of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI). Susan authored AHDI’s HIPAA Compliance Guide & Quick Reference (2017) and contributed to AHIMA’s Breach Management Toolkit (2018). Her experience leading healthcare initiatives in privacy and security has spanned over 15 years. Prior to that, Susan has 15 years’ experience in acute care and behavioral health hospital Health Information Management (HIM) departments. Susan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a member of their HIM advisory board.
